Q: How to install the magnetic formwork? Do I need special tools?

A: Installation steps:
Clean the surface of the mould (no oil, rust, etc.).
Activate the magnetic switch to "ON" (a clear snap sound should be heard).
Align the side mould with the reference line and apply pressure until it fits perfectly.
Tool Requirements:
Basic tools: laser thrower (positioning and alignment), rubber mallet (to assist in lamination).

Q: How to deal with slurry leakage?

A: EPDM rubber strips are pre-buried at the splicing joints, and the width of the template joints is ≤0.3mm. When slurry leakage is found during pouring, it will be suspended and sealed immediately.

Q: How is the comprehensive cost of magnetic formwork compared with traditional formwork?

A: The full cycle cost of magnetic formwork is lower than that of traditional formwork, which is suitable for medium and large-scale projects.
