S304 Connections Series

S304 connections system includes two categories: Flat anchor and Wire anchor. The flat anchor is used to bear the vertical load and horizontal load in the plane of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall, and the wire anchor is used to bear the horizontal load outside the plane of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall. The flat anchor and the wire anchor are used together to finally realize the function of connecting the three structural layers of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall (inner wall, insulation wall, outer wall).

S304 Integrated Anchors

The silicon ink insulation board produced by the factory is used as the external wall insulation board of the building,which is placed at the bottom of the mold table produced by the prefabricated components in the prefabricated components factory. After the internal reinforcement of the concrete outer wall board is bound on it and connections are installed, the concrete is poured once according to the reverse beating process.Connections will make the insulation board (including plaster layer,veneer layer) is firmly connected to the inner leaf wall, forming an external wall insulation system which is composed of plaster layer veneer layer and precast concrete exterior wall panel.

FRP Dovetail Insulation Connections

FRP dovetail insulation connection is suitable for the connection and force transmission between the inner wall insulation layer and the outer wall of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall in the prefabricated concrete structure, which is not only reasonable and reliable, but also ensures the structural safety of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall, and can realize the coordinated deformation of the insulation connection and the wall concrete, and effectively prevent the cracking or warping of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall.

FRP Y-type Insulation Wall Connections

This product is suitable for connecting outer walls with inter walls such as sandwich insulation wall (sandwich),sandwich insulation superimposed wall (double skin wall) . The product adopts triangular cutting, sets up resistance groove, effectively improves (tensile resistance) ability, triangular installation does not need to control the direction,convenient construction, uniform shear performance in all directions, and excellent product pull-out and shear performance.

FRP Threaded Insulation Connections

The shear force of this product is strong, more than 2 times that of the traditional glass fiber connection,and the pulling force is good, more than 1.5 times that of the traditional product.

FRP Double Skin Wall Series Insulation Connections

The material of this product is glass fiber, the rod itself has a high tensile bearing capacity, and the threaded design makes it embedded in concrete and has a superior anchoring force, which promotes its application in double skin walls to play an advantage. In the concrete pouring stage, it can replace the steel spiral product to pull the two blades of the double skin wall, and after the double skin wall is formed, the connection of the superimposed surface can be enhanced, and the integrity of the double skin wall can be increased.Compared with conventional connections, this product has a high cost performance.
