Precast shuttering magnets are one of the most important accessories for precast concrete formwork. It can fix the side rails when pouring concrete to prevent cement from flowing out. SAIXIN shuttering magnets are suitable for various formwork structures such as wood formwork and steel formwork.
It consists of a switchable neodymium shuttering magnet unit, shell with magnetic block and fixing screws .The neodymium magnet and steel plate form a magnetic circuit with a strong attraction force, which is used to fix wooden or steel formwork.
There is a control button on the top of the precast concrete magnet. When you press the button, this magnet uses the magnetic circuit holds the formwork firmly on the steel plate.
When you turn off the button, you can easily change magnets position. The two universal threaded holes on the top of the formwork magnet can be equipped with various adapters. You can use our products according to your needs.

A: Shuttering magnet is composed of magnetic core and shell, the strength of the shell determines whether it can effectively protect the magnetic core inside and fix the mold, while the magnetic core determines whether it can attach the shell to the mold well.
Q: How to use the shuttering magnet correctly?
A: 1) Keep the mould clean, clean the mould after each demoulding, and apply a layer of used machine oil on the mould table if possible.
2)When using the shuttering magnet, you should try to use a rubber hammer to knock down the switching head, using a hammer for a long time will damage the internal structure of the magnetic box, resulting in a reduction in the use of time.
(3) When the shuttering magnet is pressed against the mould, the bottom of the shuttering magnet shell and the mould should be kept completely close to each other.
(4) Each time the mould is aligned with the size of the cloth, press the switch, the shuttering magnet and the mould platform completely fit, the shuttering magnet suction mould platform can not be knocked sideways after the shuttering magnet, which will damage the internal structure, resulting in a reduction in the use of time.
5)After the shuttering magnet is used, the shuttering magnet should be cleaned and placed on the stainless steel trolley to keep the shuttering magnet clean and convenient for the next use.
(6) When the shuttering magnet is not used for a long time, rust-proof oil should be applied after the magnetic box is cleaned up to prevent the magnetic block from rusting, which will affect the suction power of the magnetic box.
The ambient temperature for using and storing the magnetic box should be no higher than 70℃, and there is no corrosive medium around.

Q: What are the reasons for the change of shuttering magnet suction force?
A: When the shuttering magnet is in working condition, the suction surface at the bottom of the magnetic block closely fits on the steel mould platform and is firmly suctioned. However, when there are foreign matters (such as concrete, grease, film) at the bottom of the magnetic block, which can't fit the platform tightly, the suction force will be decreased obviously. And the more debris at the bottom, the more obvious decline in suction.
