The technical parameters of threaded sleeves mainly include the following aspects:
Specifications: Threaded sleeves have various specifications, and common specifications include φ14mm, φ16mm, φ18mm, φ20mm, φ22mm, φ25mm, φ28mm, φ32mm, φ36mm, φ40mm, etc. In addition, the outer diameter and length of the sleeve are also specified. For example, the outer diameter of a 16mm diameter sleeve is 25mm and the length is 24mm; the outer diameter of a 18mm diameter sleeve is 28mm and the length is 28mm; the outer diameter of a 20mm diameter sleeve is 30mm and the length is 32mm, and so on.
Material: Steel bar connection sleeves usually use 45# high-quality carbon structural steel, with scientific design, excellent processing technology, high processing precision, and stable connection quality.
Performance parameters: The performance parameters of the steel bar connection sleeve must be inspected by the "Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" to meet the requirements of the "Ⅰ" grade joint in the "JGJ107-2016 Technical Specification for Mechanical Connection of Steel Bars". In addition, different diameters of steel bars require different tightening torque values, for example, a 16mm diameter steel bar requires a tightening torque value of 260N/m, an 18mm diameter requires 200N/m, and so on. Application range: Sleeves with threaded threads are widely used in the connection requirements of the same diameter, variable diameter and adjustable size and angle in the horizontal, longitudinal, and oblique parts of building structures. Quality inspection: After the steel bar thread head is processed, it needs to be inspected with a special straight thread gauge. The through gauge can be screwed in smoothly and reach the required screw-in length, and the stop gauge must not be screwed in more than 3P. Only the thread heads that have passed the inspection can be protected.
