Daily maintenance of full grouting sleeves mainly includes three steps: cleaning, soaking in anti-rust oil and oiling. The specific operations are as follows:
Cleaning: Put the grouting sleeve in clean water, clean the outer surface and inner hole with a brush, and ensure that the dirt and impurities on the surface are removed. After cleaning, use compressed air to blow the internal and external moisture dry.
Soaking in anti-rust oil: Soak the cleaned grouting sleeve in anti-rust oil for 20-30 minutes. After soaking, wipe the outer surface and inner hole with a paper towel.
Oiling: Apply a layer of engine oil on the surface of the grouting sleeve to keep it smooth and not easy to rust. The specific operation is to pour a small amount of engine oil on a paper towel, gently wipe the surface of the grouting sleeve, and evenly apply a layer of oil film. The treated grouting sleeve should be placed in a dry and ventilated place and dried naturally.
Through the above steps, it can be ensured that the grouting sleeve is kept in good use for a long time and its service life is extended.
